Lovely place, quite cosy, spacious enough for five, well serviced with towels(for pool also) & cleaning, nice pool and outdoor setting, barbecue area.
Attentive & friendly host, always quick to respond, very helpful.
Situated on lively north coast, close to charming town of Rethymnon and great beaches a bit further west, car necessary.

Lovely place with amazing sea view. Villa has a very interesting interior and everything you need for your comfortable stay. Shops are close and even reachable on foot, however there is also a plenty of space around villas to park your car in the shade.

Beautiful Villa's, we stayed at Villa Nikos, well maintained and with lovely views being slightly up the hill, but private location. Friendly Family run business, car is essential but some local restaurants and bars and beach bars are walkable (less than 2km away) or No20 bus runs every 30mins and takes about 20mins to get to the main town of Rethymno with its beautiful old town, close to main road if you are looking at day visits to other locations in crete. would defiantly recommend

We were 4 couples who stayed in Villa Celestia for a week and were incredibly satisfied, can highly recommend this accommodation. Stamatis was a very good host who was always available and helpful when needed. All rooms were fresh and nice, we really appreciated that there was a bathroom for each room. We recommend renting a car to get to the beaches or to shop for food, when we were going into Rethymno we took a taxi which worked smoothly via Whatsapp.
The only thing that could have been better with the villa is the proximity to nicer beaches and restaurants/bars, you need to take a car/taxi to get there.
The pictures do the villa justice and we had wonderful days on the patio. The highlight of the day was the evening sun which then turned into a beautiful sunset.

We stayed for two weeks with a group of 8 people in this beautiful house. Each room is tastefully furnished and has its own bathroom. The outdoor area is truly beautifully designed, and the view is fabulous. We enjoyed many beautiful sunsets.

Communication with the host was perfect.

We rented two cars from Eurocars Crete, which the owner recommended to us. This also worked out perfectly.

We would definitely recommend the house, the host, and the car rental company.

As always, a wonderful vacation!
This was our third vacation at the Stavromenos Villas and we highly recommend them to everyone. Amazing sea views, beautiful, well-maintained grounds and house (pool team comes every four days, cleaners once a week, and gardeners every couple of days), and if you have any problems, the owner will help you as quickly as possible. We'd be happy to come back anytime!

We spent 10 Dreams days in Villa Nikos. We were 3 adults and 2 teenagers, we had enough space for everyone to have their privacy. The sea view, the colors of the sunset are just fantastic. The pool is big enough for swimming and playing. My brother loves cooking and found his favorite spot with the barbecue area. The bedrooms with their bathrooms were spacious and comfortable with plenty of storage. Our host Stamatis is really very kind and met all our needs. I recommend this villa for its unbeatable value for money.

We spent 10 days at Villa Nikos. We was 5 persons 3 adults and 2 teenagers.
Bedrooms and Bathroom: 10/10
Kitchen: 9.5/10. Some utensils were missing for those who enjoy cooking.
Pool Cleaning and Maintenance: 10/10. We had to top up the pool a few times, but it's not a big deal when that's all you have to do.
BBQ Area: 10/10. A bit of light was lacking, as we ate dinner after sunset.
Location: 10/10, close to shops and restaurants.
The villa is very quiet.
A car is necessary for going to the beach, visiting the town, and shopping, but we trusted Eurocars Rentals, who did their best to find us the car we were looking for.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Stavromenos Villas – an absolute gem of a place! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful layout and top-tier facilities. Every detail, from the spacious rooms to the fully equipped kitchen and pristine bathrooms, was designed for comfort and convenience. The private pool and garden area were especially delightful – perfect for relaxing and soaking in the sun.
The ambience of the entire property is serene and inviting. Surrounded by lush greenery and tastefully decorated interiors, it felt like a private oasis. Whether you’re lounging by the pool with a coffee in the morning or enjoying the peaceful evenings, the atmosphere is pure bliss.
What made the experience even more exceptional was the host’s availability and attentiveness. They were always just a message or call away, offering helpful recommendations and ensuring every need was met without being intrusive. Their warm hospitality really made us feel at home.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious escape. Can’t wait to return!

We rented Villa Celestia for 8 nights with 8 people and wished we hadn't left.

From the communication before our vacation to the complete support provided by Stamatis on site, everything was simply perfect. It couldn't be better!

The house was very clean, air-conditioned, and very tastefully furnished. Nothing was missing.

The bedrooms were a good size and the beds very comfortable.

The outdoor area, with the very large pool and all the furnishings, was simply 5 stars 🌟 plus.

The view was magnificent.

The owner, Stamatis, looked after us very well the entire time and was very nice and helpful.

In fact, we will definitely be back, because you couldn't spend a better vacation.

Stunning Villa Zelda!

Stamatis was an excellent host. Quick responses, great flexibility, very helpful and full of tips for the surrounding beaches and restaurants. The villa was beautiful with one of the best infinity pools we ever had, the water temperature of the pool and jacuzzi were perfect. During sunset time the view of the terrace and pool got even better. Furthermore, the villa itself was well equipped with a great bbq outside, a good size fridge and freezer for cold drinks and 4 beautiful rooms each with an own bathroom.

We would highly recommend Villa Zelda to anyone and you will not be disappointed.

Wonderful luxury villa in a quiet location (car needed) with outstanding views. The Host Stamatis could not have done more to make our 1 week stay more enjoyable including arranging car hire, taxis and recommendations for places to visit. Our group of 6 adults ranging from 18 to 57 all enjoyed the villa and would highly recommend.

The accommodation at Villa Stamatis is one of the nicest places we've stayed so far. Everything was clean and spacious, and everything you need was there, as well as a truly beautiful view of the sea. The pool was large enough to cool off in, and the nearest shops were quickly accessible. Thanks to the car, we were able to explore the island well in our three weeks. Perhaps cushions for the sun loungers would have been great. We hope to come back next year. Thanks also to the lovely cleaning staff.

My family have just returned from Villa Zelda where we spent a glorious 10 days. The villa is as advertised. Luxury Villa with great outdoor space / pool. Rooms very clean and the housekeeping every 4 days was very welcome. Stamatis is a great host and provided useful recommendations for beaches / restaurants. You do need a car as it is a little distance away from ameneties.

Mr. Lourentzakis was always a very pleasant contact person who went out of his way to take care of his guests.

He promptly arranged for the apartment and terraces to be cleaned during our stay, and the linens were changed.

We had a fantastic stay at Bohemian villas - it was the perfect place for our family trip and we felt instantly at home. The villa is in a stunning location, with incredible sea views. The villa was super beautiful. It's in a quiet location but close to everything you need. The essentials, such as a supermarket, butcher, bakery, and bus stop, are within walking distance.
The amenities are perfect. Everything is there, and if you need anything or have a concern, Mr. Stamatis is easy to reach and will take care of everything.
There were four of us, and there's enough room for six people.
It was very nice, and we'll definitely come back.

Our two-week holiday at Villa Zelda was nothing short of incredible. The villa itself is absolutely stunning and far exceeded our already high expectations, which had been set by the beautiful photos we saw online.

Stamatis’ level of customer care is exceptional. His passion for both the villa and Crete is immediately apparent and truly makes you feel like you’re staying somewhere special — which we absolutely were. On any occasion we reached out to Stamatis he responded immediately with helpful support that we really appreciated.

The quality of the villa, the thoughtful layout, and the inclusion of every modern convenience all contributed to our overall satisfaction. The infinity pool with jacuzzi, the sunbathing area, the BBQ and outdoor dining spaces, and the well-maintained garden were all top-notch and played a huge part in our enjoyment. A special mention goes to the unique “teepee,” which added a fun and relaxing outdoor space with its own special charm. As if all that weren’t enough, we were treated to breathtaking sunsets on most evenings — the perfect way to end each day.

The recommendations in the welcome pack were fantastic. We didn’t manage to visit every beach, restaurant, and bar listed, but the ones we did try were outstanding — it was clear why they made the cut. We only wish we’d had more time to explore them all!

One more highlight worth mentioning is the car hire that Stamatis arranged for us. The pickup and drop-off (at different airports) were by far the best car rental experiences we’ve had — no long queues, no hidden fees, no hefty deposits or insurance excesses. With Eurocar, everything was clear and included, and we were on the road within 15 minutes of arriving, thanks to a dedicated staff member waiting to meet us.

In summary, we can’t thank you enough, Stamatis, for helping make this one of the best holiday’s we’ve ever had. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your service and Villa Zelda to anyone — and we definitely hope to return someday!

Me and my family including 2 children had a fantastic stay here at the end of April during the Easter period. The property had plenty of space for the four of us and we enjoyed the relaxing environment that it provided. The pool was excellent and regularly cleaned in the mornings during our stay. Cleaners also attended twice during our 9 day vacation and did an excellent job by keeping the place clean and homely whilst we we’re out and about. The owner (Stamatis) was always on hand to help if we had any questions at all. He was keen to recommend places to visit, including restaurants and beaches on the island which we took full advantage of. If you want a place with privacy and a nice relaxed vibe then this is a place I would strongly recommend.

We stayed in the ISLA 3 apartment, which is spacious and very comfortable. Perfectly appointed, bright, and clean, with high-quality amenities: kitchen, bathroom, appliances, television, and outdoor furniture. Everything has been designed to make your stay very pleasant.
The rooftop with its barbecue and jacuzzi is a plus.
The owner is very attentive and responsive.
I recommend this apartment, which is ideally located for exploring the island of Crete.

Villa Stavromenos was a really nice place and fully lived up to our expectations. The view over the sea is fantastic and the house, terrace and pool are well-furnished and delicious. We felt very welcome with fresh fruit set out in the kitchen and some really good tips for restaurants and beaches in the Villa manual. Excellent accomodation. Walk to local beach - lots of bars and restaurants around. A very nice space to relax in (with rooftop BBQ as well). We had a car (great for getting around to lots of lesser known sites/sights) but there are also lots of tour buses you can catch nearby.

We (7 girls) had a great time!😍 We particularly enjoyed the hospitality, flexibility and simplicity. This started when we booked and continued until we left. The response was always very quick.

What we also found really great is that, in addition to the villa, you could also book the car (at a special price) as well as other activities - such as massage and private chef. Everything went smoothly there too.
Massage & private boss were both great; You have food for almost 2 days (Greek portions are large) ;P

The only small suggestion for improvement: Maybe upgrade/fill up the kitchen equipment a bit 🙂

Book safely if you want to switch off and simply enjoy. We'd love to come back!✨

We have recently returned from a fantastic holiday in Crete, staying at Villa Nikos, which is one of 3 lovely detached villas (Stavromenos Villas) about 12 km from the centre of Rethymnon. Each villa has its own private garden, pool and parking space and enjoys panoramic views of the sea. The villas are well equipped and well maintained with frequent cleaning to a high standard. I think it's fair to say that a car is required as there are no amenities within easy walking distance of the villas, but we found driving in Crete to be relatively easy with the help of Google Maps and took lots of trips out to see the sights, etc. Unlike some other holiday villas we have stayed in, Villa Nikos really did feel like a home from home! Very happy to recommend!

We enjoyed a fabulous holiday in Crete recently, staying in Villa Nikos. This is a group of 3 lovely, detached villas, each with a private garden, pool and parking, about 12 km from Rethymnon centre. The villas stand quite high up off the main coastal road and enjoy beautiful, panoramic views of the sea. They are well maintained and well equipped with frequent cleaning to a high standard. I think it's fair to say that a car is needed as there are no amenities within easy walking distance but so long as you are happy to drive then location isn't a problem (and we found driving around Crete, with the help of Google Maps, to be relatively easy). Cannot fault Villa Nikos and very happy to recommend!

We were a group of 6 people and we all loved the accommodation! The check in was very easy and flexible. Our host Stamatis was so helpful and answered within less than an hour. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms are beautifully furnished and the whole villa was just stunning. Rethymno is such a cute little village, with beautiful restaurants and shops. Again, for the second time, a fantastic stay at the Bohemian Villa’s. Two years ago we were in Villa Zelda and now in Celestia. Good facilities, and a spacious outdoor area with an infinity pool giving a spectacular view at the sea. Stamatis was again a great host with very quick responses to any questions and requests. We love coming here and will absolutely come back again!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Nikos von Stavromenos Villas. Es ist ruhig gelegen mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Meer und wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen am Abend. Für den täglichen Einkauf gibt es in der Nähe Geschäfte wie einen Bäcker, einen Metzger und Supermärkte. Die Altstadt von Rethymno erreichen Sie mit dem Auto in etwa 15 Minuten. Stamatis dankt Ihnen, dass Sie unser Gastgeber waren.

We rented Villa Nikos and I can say that was the perfect place to spend our one week vacation with friends. The house is sooo beautiful and has pretty much everything you need for your stay. The pool was fantastic, well maintained and the view from the house was stunning. Also, there was a free parking lot in front of the house.

A stunning villa with amazing views. The villa is immaculate and the interior quality is of a high standard. Superb pool and gardens which are kept immaculately clean. The host, Stamatis, is a genuine and professional man who has excellent recommendations and is always available. The villa is a short drive from the main town of Rethymno, but we found this to be ideal and loved the peace and tranquility of the surroundings. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely couple of weeks at Villa Nikos, Stamatis is a fantastic host. Villa Niko's is well maintained with regular Cleaners, Pool Maintenance and Gardeners. The pool area was lovely and plenty of shade if you want it. The way the villa's are situated you feel you have complete privacy.

We did find a few lovely restaurants within a 20-30 minute walk but would definitely recommend a torch for the walk back up the hill.

Wir haben fünf sehr angenehme Tage bei Stamatis verbracht. Die Wohnung ist gut gestaltet, sehr komfortabel und mit moderner Klimaanlage und doppelt verglasten Rahmen auf den Komfort aller Bewohner ausgelegt. Es ist äußerst sauber und stimmt mit den Fotos überein. Letztendlich haben wir das Schwimmbad dem Meer vorgezogen, um zusammenzukommen. Es liegt in der Nähe des Strandes und von Supermärkten, nicht weit (mit dem Auto) vom alten Zentrum von Rethymno mit seinen Restaurants und typischen Gassen entfernt. Aber luftiger, was bei heißem Wetter den entscheidenden Unterschied macht. Herzlichen Glückwunsch auch an Stamatis für seine Verfügbarkeit zu jeder Tageszeit! Ein großes Dankeschön!

Dieses Jahr verbrachten wir zum zweiten Mal einen wunderschönen Urlaub in den Stavromenos Villas.
Der Ort ist wunderschön, ruhig und ruhig und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer.
Die komfortable und praktische Inneneinrichtung unseres Hauses und der private Swimmingpool ermöglichten es uns, nach unseren Ausflügen auf der Insel eine schöne Zeit zu verbringen.
Stamatis ist ein sehr gastfreundlicher Gastgeber mit hoher persönlicher Kultur. Immer sehr hilfsbereit und kümmert sich um seine Gäste.
Dank ihm werden alle Formalitäten im Zusammenhang mit der Anmietung eines Hauses erledigt
Ein Auto bei EuroCars zu mieten war für uns nicht das geringste Problem.

Lovely, spacious villa with excellent host. Central location for all we wanted to do in Crete (you do need a car). Breezes, sounds of roosters, easy access to groceries and taverna options. Host recommendations for food were perfect - we used most of them. Easy communication with responsive host. Nice pool, well maintained. Property clean, cared for, well appointed.

Wir haben einen schönen zweimonatigen Aufenthalt in den Isla Luxury Apartments genossen. Stamatis war ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, der schnell auf alle Anfragen reagierte und äußerst hilfsbereit war, als wir lernten, uns auf Kreta zurechtzufinden, von der Autovermietung über Restaurants bis hin zum Parken. Parken. Wir können sowohl die Unterkunft als auch den Gastgeber wärmstens empfehlen, außerdem war die Aussicht atemberaubend.

The second time for us to visit here, this time in villa Nikos. And again, what a great stay we had ! A beautiful location with a very nice view on the sea, sitting on our deck next to our private swimming pool. And just as last year, Stamatis is the best host you could wish for ! Thoughtful and very attentive in his services, absolutely a 10 out of 10!
